Michael f9102ff4ae Update 23 pages: Standardize "Requires X" pattern (#4608) 
* Standardize requirement wording to "Requires X" pattern

Normalize requirement terminology across all documentation files:
- Signup/Sign-Up Required → Requires Sign-Up
- X VPN Required → Requires X VPN
- X Required → Requires X (Google Login, Library Card, Discord, etc.)

Standardizing phrasing to "Requires X" for improved consistency, scannability, active voice, and easier maintenance.

* fix: apply 'Requires X' format after merge with upstream

* fix: standardized leftovers
