Palm 77fefb9bef chore: fix more build issues

BREAKING CHANGE: In `@revanced/discord-bot`, its environment variable
                 `DATABASE_URL` has been renamed to `DATABASE_PATH`
                 and the `file:` prefix is no longer needed
